Dear Mr. Lee:-
The summons and complaint in the above suit
were sent to Messrs. Edwards, Smith & Dawson, Attorneys
at Law, No. 1 Exchange Place, Jersey City, N.J. who will
defend the action subject to the terms of the letter of
Messrs. Collins & Corbin, dated December 18th 1930,
which we understand governs this and other similar matters.
