Gentlemen:
Herewith copy of report of Dr. Rector.
I am also sending to Mr. Barker bill of Dr. Rector for
$10. which appears to be very reasonable, with the approval
of Mr. Smith and Mr. Markley. We are now waiting for
the bill of particulars from Mr. Weeks. Upon receipt of
that we can then consider the question of settlement.
According to our check of the calendar
it does no t appear that this case will be reached for
trial before the Fall of the year.
