Mr. H. H. Barker,

535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Mr. Barker:
Enclosed is a bill which Miss Fryer
handed me today for $5.75, about which I did not want
to bother Doctor Ewing and, therefore, O.K'd myself.
She seems to have been markedly improved
following her period of treatment at the Rockefeller
Institute. She is required to visit the Institute once
a week and asked me whether she might be allowed $2.00
per week for expenses. This includes $1.00 for toll
charges for the Holland Tunnel and $1.00 for gas. I
told her that I would pass this request along to you
for your consideration.
Very truly yours,
LLOYD Lloyd F. CRAVER 7. Cearer
