VS. Radium Luminous Materials Corp.
We have your letter of June 23rd
regarding the claim presented on behalf of Mrs.
Lamptron. As soon as you have ascertained her
date of employment with your company, please advise.
If it should develop that her employment
was during any portion of the period covered by our
policy, we will give the matter attention under the
same reservation of rights as has been filed with you
in the previous cases, and with the same understanding
regarding the question of coverage after the litigation
which is now pending between your company and this
company has been disposed of.
