Dear Sir:
We have your letter of September 7th,addressed to #15:
Exchange Place, J.C., relative to the clein of some children against
this corporation, whose mother was formerly employed by it. Your
letter reached us on the 12th.
lie appreciate your attitude in raising this matter with the
hopes of adjustment without suit, and in order toaid us in appraising
the merits of the clain we wonder if you will be BO good es to furnish
us with the following information:
1. Name of the deceased, together with maiden nazo, as in all
probability she worked for us previous to her marriage.
E. Dates of the period of employment
3. Nature of employment
4. Nature and duration of the illness, attending physicians,
date of death, etc.
With this information at hand you can be assured that we will
give the natter due consideration, and indicate to you our attitude.
