DOUGLAS RESEARCH LABORATORIES HUNTINGTON FUND FOR CANCER RESEARCH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WALTER DOUGLAS FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER GEORGE F. HOLMES President Superintendent AND ALLIED DISEASES HARRY P. ROBBINS Vice-President & Treasurer INCORPORATED 1884 H. MORTON MERRIMAN Secretary TELEPHONE CHARLES H. SIMMONS AFFILIATED WITH ACADEMY 2-6140 Chairman, Executive Committee CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE CENTRAL PARK WEST AT 106TH STREET NEW YORK October 6, 1932. U. S. Radium Corporation 535 Pearl Street New York City. My dear Mr. Barker:- Mrs. St. Clair of the Mountain View Rest sends a letter of explanation of the charges for transportation of Miss Schaub during August. It is clear that this transportation was necessary and should be paid for. The only possible escape is for you to write Miss Schaub and insist that she pay the charges for transportation out of her allowance. I am not sure this effort is wholly desirable, perhaps we had better pay the bill because the time is getting short. I enclose other bills which seem 0. K. Very sincerely yours, wing James Ewing, M.D. JE/HRF. OCT 7 1932
