Dear Mr. Markley:
Please find enclosed subpoene served on our New
Jersey representatives, the Corporation Trust Company yesterday,
and received by us to day.
Be note that you have 20 days in which to reply
to the Bill in Equity which Mr. Unger has presented to the Court for
consideration.

Since you sent to us copy of the Bill in Equity,
we are sending this subpoena to you with a carbon copy of this letter
to Mr. Smith.
