FEB 17 1933 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Lee: Your letter of the 15th with enclosures received. We shall be glad to represent your company in this matter. The suit is brought in the New Jersey Supreme Court, Essex County. I feel the case should be removed to the Federal Court and therefore I have prepared petition for removal of the cause and bond on removal. Service was made on February 3rd so that the order for removal will have to be made before February 23rd. Herewith original petition and bond for removal of this case to the Federal Court together with a copy of each. The petition should be signed at the end by the President or Vice President and attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary and the seal of the cor- poration should be attached. The proof or affidavit at the end of the petition should be executed by the President or Vice President. The affidavit should be taken before a notary whose seal should be attached. It is not necessary to have a county clerk's certificate. The bond, on the second page should be executed by the President or Vice President and attested by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary and the seal of the cor- poration again attached. The acknowledgement at the end of the bond should be by the Secretary or Assistant Secretary of the corporation. Kindly return the original papers to us as soon as practicable and we shall then arrange to have the American Surety Company execute the bond. Yours very truly, EAM: AG
