Dear Mr. Markley:
We are returning herewith petition for removal
of the above mentioned case properly executed.
In a zealous moment in order to be as helpful
as possible we sent the bond down to the American Surety
Company for execution as we thought the affidavit by our
secretary could not be made until after the bond was com-
plete. The American Surety are sending it on to their Jer-
sey City representative for endorsement, and he in turn will
deliver it to your office.
