Attention of Mr. Max I. Mintz
Gentlemen:
RE: OFDELL vs U.S. RADIOM CORP.
In response to your letters of January 31 and
February 23, we presume that the proper method to be fol-
lowed in the handling of this possible claim against this
Corporation would be for you to take the natter up directly
with the attorneys who represent us in such matters since
they are faniliar with what is required in case an exam-
ination of itrs. O*Dell is desired. These attorneys are
Mr. Edwin F. Smith of Edwards, Smith & Dawson, No. 1 Ex-
change Place, Jersey City, New Jersey, and lbr. E. A. Mark-
ley of Collins & Corbin of the same address.
