Answering your letters of February 2 and Feb-
ruary 21, we presume that the proper method to be fol-
lored in the handling of this possible clain against this
Corporation wonld be for you to take the matter up directly
with the attorneys who represent us in such matters since
they are familiar with what is required in case an exam-
ination of lirs. then is desired. These attorneys are
Mr. Edwin F. Smith of Edwards, Smith & Dawson, No. 1 Ex-
change Place, Jersey City, New Jersey, and Mr. B. A. Hark-
