4. The materials used in moking said Juminous peint and the
implements employed in mixing and applying anid paint were furnishid by
the defendant and the plaintiff was instructed in the nonner in which and
anterials bere to be mixed and the said paint applied by the agonta and
pervants of the defendante
5. The said defendant knew or should have knom that the
terials furnished to the plaintiff in the perforsance of her duties as
mforosaid contained substances which were dengerous, poisonous and dele-
terious to the body and health of the plaintiff, and knew or should have
knom that the nethod and manner in which the defendant instructod the
plaintiff to use and apply said matorials and paint wors so devised as to
negligently exgose the plaintiss to the dangerous, poiscnons end deleter-
jous properties of the ingrodienta of the seterials.
G. It uas the duty of the defendant to use caro:
(a) to furnish the plaintiff with a safe pisce in which to conduct or
carry on the duties required of her by her esployment; (b) to furniah
her with safe implements with which to handla the said materials and to ap-
ply the said paint; (o) to 80 instruct hor in the use of the implements
and the heniling of said matorials ao to protect her from any injury by
reason of the handling and applying of said satorials and paints (a) to
warn the plaintiff of the dengerous, poisonous and deleterious properties
of the asterials used in the perfornance of her duties and the denger to
her hoalth and person incident to the handling of said materials and the
application of said paint, all of which and defendant wholly failed to
perform.
7. During the time of hor employment with the defendant as
aforeseid, pleintiff folload the instructions given her an aforenaid in
nixing the ingredients of the asid paint and applying the same to the vay
