10. Paragraph e of the First Count ia hereby repanted and cade a part hereof. TRIRD COUNT 1. Paragraphs 1 to 7 inclusivo of the Pirst Count are hereby regested and unde a part horeof. 8. Paragraph 8 of the Second Count is hereby repoated and mare a pert hereof. 9. The said poisonons and doleterions subptence and materinl so introduced into the body of the plaintiff continually attacked the said plaintire's body internally and continually and progressively broke the ase down, 10. The nature of said attacks was sucia that the consequences and effoets did not become apparent, as is the usual couras and order of such cases, so that the said plaintire did not have knowledge of the nature of her allment or that it uas due to the negligence of the said defendant or causad by her work for the defendent as eforesaid, until the year of 1951. 11. The and attacks described above were of a continuing, in- sidious and progressivo natore and did not quiminate or erystalline so as to be sasceptible to discovory or diagnosis until the year of 1951. This is all in ascordance with the modical nature of such cases. COUNT 1. The plaintiff Thozas Connolly is the busband of the plain- tiff Catherino Connolly. 2. Parsgrapha 1 to 8 inclusive of the First Count are heroby repeated end cade a part tereof. 10. On account of the injuries of his said wife as aforesaid, the plaintiff Thoses Connolly hes been obliged and will, in the future, be obliged to expend lerge suma of money in endeavoring to cure his snid
