Dear Sir:
Writ and complaints in the above suits served on the Corporation Trust
Company on March 11, , 1933 and forwarded to this Company on the 15th inst. is
herewith returned to you for the reason that the damages alleged therein to have
been sustained are alleged to have resulted from bodily injury caused by an ex-
posure "for a period of time from 1917 to 1924" but not involving an accident.
You will note by reference to agreement VII of your policy that its
insurance did not apply as respects injury not caused by accident.
