Gentlemen:
Inswering your letter of March 22 on the ahove men-
tioned case, we have written to Mr. Markley of Collins & Cor-
bin that it is our understanding that you participate in the
defense of this action with a full resorvation under the terms
of your policy as to the gasstion of coverage, etc.
Just as soon as we have word from Messrs. Schneider
& Schneider as to Mrs. Connolly's maiden nane we shall pass
along to you shatever information our records show as to her
term of euployment.
