My dear Mr. Barker:-
We receive many small bills from the radium
patients incurred for minor medical services. will you
kindly inform me if you are not paying these patients
$600.00 annually for medical services. If so, please let
me know the exact wording of this agreement SO that 1 may
know whether I can properly approve of these small bills.
