Dear Mr. Emory:
RE: 1-0-556708C - GRACE SEAL (SHEA) vs.
UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION.
I
Answering your inquiry of June 20, we have not
heard from the attorney making claim in Grace Seal's be-
half since February, and it is likely that he may have
decided that if he has a case at all it is a very work
one.
We do not know when she started work for us,
but our employment card definitely shows that she ter-
minated her connection with us in February, 1919.
Whenever there is anything further to report on
this case we shall comunicate with you.
