My dear Dr. Ewing:- During the past month, owing to Grace Fryer's condition, it was necessary to make the following visits to the house: July 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, making a total of fourteen. On July 24th she had to be removed to the hospital, and I have seen her daily since then at the hospital: - July 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. making a total of eight. On July 26th at the hospital it was necessary to apply a plaster, for which the charge is $30. Anticipating trouble from the Radium Corporation, and not being willing to lower my fee for visits to the home, I have somply charged for six house visits at my regular fee of $15. per visit $90. Plaster 30. Eight hospital visits @ $5 40. Will you kherefore, kindly O.K. the enclosed bill for $160. and for- ward to the radium Corporation, for payment. Yours very truly, Robert E.
