- 2 - 391 Fourth Avomo, Newark, N. J. On or about October let 1917, our operations were transferred from the Newark plant to Orange, so if she woriced in the Nowark plant, it wast have been some timo during 1917. Our employment card shows that ahe was employed 10/24/*18, and that the left our employment in Februezs 1919. The date of her leaving is probably correct, but since employ- ment cards were not instituted in our Application Department until after operations were established in Orange, it is quite likaly that she atarted work long before our esed shoes. This would be the case if she worked in Newark. Assuring you of our follest cooperation in the defense of this Action, we ares Very traly yours, CBGee: DE President Enc.
