Gentlemen: RE: 15300-621 GRACE SHEA vs. UNITED STATES RADIUM
CORPORATION
I want to acknowledge receipt of your letter of August 17th ad-
dressed to the New Amsterdam, the Globe and the Aetna with
which you forwarded copy of summons and complaint in the action
brought by Grace and William Shea against the United
States
Radium Corporation. We have referred this matter to our attorney,
E. A. Markley, Esq. who will communicate with you in due course
and who will arrange to handle it under the usual full reserva-
tion of rights as the other cases in the past have.
