DOU ECEARCH LABORATORIES HUNTINGTON FUND FOR CANCER RESEARCH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL WALTER DOUGLAS FOR THE TREATMENT OF CANCER President AND ALLIED DISEASES GEORGE F. HOLMES Superintendent HARRY P. ROBBINS Vice-President & Treasurer INCORPORATED 1884 H. MORTON MERRIMAN Secretary AFFILIATED WITH TELEPHONE CHARLES H. SIMMONS Chairman, Executive Committee CORNELL UNIVERSITY MEDICAL COLLEGE ACADEMY 2.6140 CENTRAL PARK WEST AT 106TH STREET NEW YORK September 18, 1933. Mr. H. S. Parker, U. S. Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, N. Y. C. My dear Mr. Barker :-- Here are some more bills in the case of Miss Grace Fryer, incurred apparently before she went to the hospital. They include an ambulance charge. After full discussion with Dr. Craver we feel that these bills should be approved. I have a letter from Dr. Humphries stating that he tried to get E cheaper room and thinks that the super- intendent might make some reduction upon request. Miss Fryer is now very much better, but I fear she is facing more or less, continuous suffering and the need of constant medical attention. Shall I ask the hospital to make the reduction or will you. Very sincerely yours, JE/hf M. D. 7 SEP 19 1933
