This will acknowledge receipt of Mr. Markley's
letter under date of March 14th, which states that Judge
Forman will continue in the case set for trial on June 4th,
until sone is concluded.
In the preparation of this case, and the con-
tacting of distant witnesses, we shall be guided by lbr.
Markley's suggestion.
