Barker United States Radium Corp. 535 Pearl Street New York City My dear Mr. Barker: By this time you have probably received my letter with regard to attending the hearing in the La Porte case which is set for June 4, 1934. I think I shall be able to make it and I am pleased to hear that Dr. Lind will find it possible for him to be present. I trust that you and Mr. Markley and Mr. Smith will find time to supply us with the details in the case, SO that we can be reflecting about the situation in advance of the trial.
