UNITED STATES RADIUM CORP. Mr. Burton E. Enory, Aetna Life Insurance Co., 100 Milliam St., New York City. Gentlement lie hand you herewith copy of Sumnons and Complaint of en Action At Las instituted by Lucy M. Sullivan in the Pederal Court for the District of Now Jersey. Service was nade on our statutory representative, the Corporation Trust Company, on March 24th, at 9:45 A.M. According to our employment record which seens com- plote, Miss Sullivan began vork for us on August 2lst, 1918, and left on February 19th, 1920. If these ere the correct dates, this case falls within the period of tine shen our insurance carriors were the New Ansterdam Casualty Company and the Aotna Life Insurance Company. However, Kies Sullivan states in her Complaint that she was employed in the year 1917, and this statement raises the pos- sibility that she may have been employed during the time our in- surence was carried by the Globe Indernity Company. lie ask that you give this natter your usual prompt attention, with the assurence that you cen count on us for full cooporation in the defense of the suit. Very truly yours CBLeet President Enc.
