Chas. STOCKDELL GRAY COUNSELLOR-AT-LAW A. LIONEL REID 20 WASHINGTON PLACE LANGDON E. MORRIS EVERITT RHINEHART NEWARK, NEW JERSEY TELEPHONE MARKET 2 0587 April 5, 1934. United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Attention: Mr. C. B. Lee, President. APR 9 Gentlemen: Re: Lucy M. Sullivan 1934 VS United States Radium Corp. Your letter of March 28th addressed to Mr. Galentine of our Home Office has been referred to this office. We presume that a copy of that letter has been sent to Mr. Markley of Collins and Corbin and that he will give the matter his attention. Our understanding is that these matters are sent to us merely as a matter of record and accepted with the reservation that we heretofore had in all the cases, that we merely as a favor participated in the defence thereof until such time as the question of coverage shall be fully determined. Yours very truly, CSG:CC
