This reiterates our talk of today over the
telephone that Mr. Smith and I may see you on Saturday,
May 12th at eleven A. M. at the Laboratory of the City
Hospital, and that you will reserve for us for the trial
of the above action which is pending in the Federal Court,
Lefcourt Building, Newark, N. J. before Judge Forman,
Monday June 4, 1934 and Friday, June 8, 1934.
