Confirming ny telephone conversation of yes-
terday, I on gled to horewith advise that arrongements have
boen unde to take your deposition on Mondey, May 2lst, 1934,
at the office of Neasrs. Follanabee, Shorrey & Schupp, 137
La Selle Stas Chicego, ILL. before Morris Cohen, a notary
public sitting as a Commissioner.
lie are sending you herewith copy of your
deposition and that of Dr. Stevens, taken at Chicago on
February 24, 1930. No hope thet you will find time to read
over this tostimony, as it will serve to refresh your nemory
upon the points we desire to bring out. In case your comments
relative to sone of these points have changed since 1930, we
would ask that you call these matters to our attention prior
to taking the deposition in Chieago.
Referring to page 106, you will note that you
discussed patients whon you have treated with redium chloride
internally, from your notes. If possible, you should bring
these notes or similar onea with you.
Mr. Markley and Mr. Snith will serve as counsel
on behelf of the United States Redium Corporation, and either
Mr. Emerglick or Mr. Ungor in behnlf of the plaintiff.
According to our present plan, we shall arrive
in Chicago on Monday morning and establigh ourselves at the
Palmer liouse. lie would suggest your calling there for us betreen
10:30 and 11 c'clock so that we may discuss the information to
bo taken in deposition form prior to appearing before the Com-
missioner.
