Dear Dr. Stevens: Confirming my telephone conversation of yester- day, I an glad to herewith advise that arrangements have been nade to take your deposition on Monday, May 2lst, 1934, at the office of Mesars. Follansbee, Shorrey & Schapp, 137 LeSalle St.g Chicago, nl. before Morris Cohon, a notary publie sitting as a Commissioner. lie are sending you herewith copy of your deposition and that of Dr. Pohle a taken at Chieago on February 24, 1930. lie hope that you will find time to read over this testimony, as it will serve to refresh your memory upon the pointe we desire to bring out. In case your couments relativo to some of these points have changed since 1930, we would ask that you call those matters to our attention prior to taking the deposition in Chicago. Referring to page 10, you will note that you dis- cuss patients whon you have treated with radium chloride in- ternally, from your notes. If possible, you should bring these notes or similar onos with you. Mr. Morkley and Mr. Suith will serve as counsel on bohnlf of the United States Rndiun Corporation, and either lir. Emerglick or Mr. Onger in behalf of the plaintiff. According to our presont plan, we shall arrive in Chicago on Monday morning and establish ourselves at the Palmer House.
