May 31, 1934. Dr. F. B. Flinn, Gambrills, Md. Dear Dr. Flinn: After talking with you on Tuesday, we were advised that the Judge who was to sit in the LaPorte case is so tied up with other proceedings that he will be unable to hear this case before the Fall Term of Court. We antici- pate the matter will again come up in September or October. In the meantime, we wish to thank you for your cooperation in being willing to testify, and giving us infor- mation as to how to reach you.
