I herewith send you bill of Morris Cohen,
commissioner, dated the 28th for $305.05 for taking testi-
mony at Chicago. This bill is proper and reasonable and
should be paid. Please send us draft to cover.
I acknowledge receipt of your various communica-
tions and also copy of statement of Mr. Studer from Mr. Smith.
I have written to Judge Forman requesting him to advise me
the date in September when the case will be heard. As soon
as I get word I shall let you know.
