Gentlemen:
This will acknowledge receipt of two copies
of the statement by Mr. Studer taken on March 6, 1930. I
assume one copy was sent to the office of Collins & Corbin.
Under separate cover we are returning to the
offices of Edwards, Smith & Dewson, the book containing
articles pertinent to litigation against our Corporation,
with additions to date.
Insumuch as we have continued our preparation
for trial and have some documents prepared, we are herewith
enclosing same for future use at such time 88 the case is
tried:
1. Statement by Louis C. Bilstein, taken March, 1930.
2. Statement by H. H. Barker, dietated May 28, 1934.
3. Memorandum of Defense, dictated May 29th, 1934, calling
attention to things that seen partinent in the LaPorte case.
