District Court of the United States of America DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY To United States Radium Corporation, Defendant GREETING: WE COMMAND YOU, that you appear in manner and form required by law in our District Court of the United States for the District of New Jersey, as a Court of Chancery, within twenty days from date of service hereof upon you, to answer to a bill of complaint exhibited against you in our said Court by Catherine Connolly, and Thomas Connolly, Plaintiffs and to do further and receive what our said Court shall have considered in that behalf; and this you are not to omit, under the penalty that may fall thereon.
