I thank you for your letter of the 4th. We had
no formal notice that the matter was to be considered by Judge
Forman on Monday although Me. Emmerglick informed us as he in-
formed you that he would appear to get a date in September.
The date fixed is satisfactory, namely, September
4, 1934.
