Dear Mr. Smith:
I have just received a copy of a letter from
Mr. Emmerglick in the above setting this case down for
September 10th instead of September 4th as you advised me.
Please advise which is correct. I am now noting the case
for September 10th in view of the order signed by the
judge and I am striking out September 4th.
