UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA SCHOOL OF CHEMISTRY MINNEAPOLIS June 13, 1934. OFFICES OF THE DEAN AND THE DIRECTOR Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice-President, U. S. Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York, N. Y. Dear Mr. Barker: I have your letter of June 11 stating that Judge Forman has set the week of September 10 for your trial but that your lawyers would try to have my testimony taken during the week of September 17. This would be agreeable to me but in case it is difficult to arrange, I could probably come to New York for Friday, September 14 or Saturday, September 15. Everything is usually over by Thursday at the meetings. Since I may be driving, however, the week of the 17th would suit me better. With best regards, Sincerely yours, A.C. C. Lindi S. C. Lind, SCL:LL Director.
