On June 15th we were served through our statutory
representatives, The Corporation Trust Company, #15 Exchange PL.,
Jersey City, 8 Summons and Complaint in the above entitled Action
which contemplates the test of the cuit in the SQUITY side of the
Court.
Be are sending to Mr. Smith the original Summons and
Complaint, and a copy to Mr. Markley, as uss our practice when the
suit was originally filed in March, 1933.
lie shall appreciate your usual prompt sttention to
this matter.
