Dear Mr. Lee:
I endeavored to reach you on the
telephone today, but was advised that you would not
be in the office during the day.
I have not been able to close the stipu-
lation with Markley. I have tried to reach him on
the telephone several times, but have been unsuccessful.
I have today written him another letter. What have you
been able to do?
