Re: La Porte v. U.S. Radium Corp.
Gentlemen:
I note Mr. Markley's letter of June 22nd, and
agree with him that it will probably be wise to take the
testimony of Dr. Schlundt de bene esse for the reasons
set forth in Mr. Markley's letter.
I note in Mr. Barker's letter of June 29th,
that Dr. Schlundt can come to New York any time during July
or August, with the exception of the week beginning July 22nd.
I go away on the last of July for a vacation
and will be gone all of August. I suggest therefore, that the
testimony of Dr. Schlundt be taken during the week prior to
the week beginning July 22nd, and suggest that Mr. Barker
make such arrangement.
