Dear Dr. Schlundt:
Mr. Smith advises he expects to be away
during the month of August, and inasmich as you are not
available during the week of July 22nd, it has been suggested
that you come on to New York during the week of July 16th
for the purpose of taking your deposition.
Will you kindly advise if this will be con-
venient and give us more specific dates which would suit your
convenience.
