Dear Sirs:
Herewith copy of my letter to Mr. Emmerglick in
regard to taking testimony of Dr. Schlundt, which is self
explanatory. I further understand that Dr. Schlundt will be
at my office on Tuesday, July 17, 1934 at eleven A. M. for
the purpose of going over his testimony and that prior there-
to Mr. Barker will give me a copy of the testimony taken in
Chicago so that he will have a general idea of what is re-
quired.
I also understand we can confer with Dr. Schlundt
on the morning of the 18th, if necessary. The testimony is
to be taken at this office on the 18th at two P. M.
Yours very truly,
EAM:AG
