Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
Referring to our telephonic talk of the 12th in
the above, please be advised that it is understood between
us that we will take the testimony of Dr. Herman Schlundt at
this office next Wednesday, July 18th at two P. M. upon the
same terms as the testimony in Chicago was taken.
In regard to making corrections of the errors in
the testimony taken at Chicago, please be advised that at
the present time I am fairly crowded and as soon as I have
a little more time I shall be glad to sit down with you
and make the corrections. I am sure we will have no
difficulty.
