Mr. Es A. Markly,
Collins & Corbin, Esqs.,
1 Exchange Plase,
Jersey City, N. J.
Dear lir. Markley:
Miss Greenspan called me Saturday morning
and stated that a prolizinary transcriptica of the testimony
taken on Wednesday had be n delivered to your office. I
picked this testinony up about noon and read it over the
treek-end making such corrections as seemed apparent to ne.
In view of the fact that I have gone over
this testimony rather carefully, I do not feel that I esn
contribute much by being present at the conference you are
to hold this afternoon. I an therefors retarning the
testimony with notations by hand.
Very truly yours,
Vice-President
