Dear Mr. Markley:
Miss Greenspan called no Saturday morning
and stated that a prelisinary transcription of the testimony
taken on Saturday had be n delivered to your office. I
picked this testimony up about noon and read it over the
week-end making such corrections as seemed apparent to me.
In view of the fact that I have gone over
this testinony rather carefully, I do not feel that I can
contribute such by being present at the conference you are
to hold this afternoon. I nn therefore returning the
testimony with notations by hand.
