Re: La Porte vs. U. S. Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
I have copy of the letter forwarded by you
to Mr. Markley on June 7th, in the above entitled matter, pointing
out errors which appear in the testimony taken at Chicago. I have
gone over them and think you are correct with the exception that
where you assert corrections that should be made on page 129 you
evidently mean page 145, and where you state the same as to page
147 you evidently mean page 146,
I am going to read the whole testimony and
will let you know if I find any errors which I believe should be
corrected.
