Gentlemen:
I enclose copy of letter received from the Clerk
of the United States District Court, Mr. Havens, in which
he says that Judge Forman has agreed to put the case down
for September 17th.
This date was a greed upon before our last letter
to Judge Forman at Salt Lake City. No doubt we will hear
from Judge Forman in a few days as to whether he will post-
pone the case any further.
