UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA SCHOOL OF CHEMISTRY MINNEAPOLIS AUG 24 1934 OFFICES OF THE DEAN AND THE DIRECTOR August 22, 1934. Tilid Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice President, United States Radium Corporation, 535 Pearl Street, New York, N. Y. Dear Barker: I have your letter of August 8 and am sorry to learn that the transcript of Dr. Schlundt's deposition taken in New York was not satisfactory. While I would still prefer September 17, I will make every effort to be with you on October 15 if the court sets that date. Any time in September would be all right for me except the week beginning the 10th. The first half of October would be almost impossible as we open October 1 but I could probably get off by the 15th if that is the most convenient time for all others concerned. With best regards, Sincerely yours, A.C. Lind S.C.Lind, SCL:LL Director.
