Dear Dr. Lind:
While it has not been settled beyond question
that the LaPorte case will be postponed from September 17th
until October 16th or later, still the present indications
are that we shall not go to trial on September 17th. We will
not know positively on this matter until September 11th, and
I would therefore suggest that you send us your Cleveland ad-
dress so that we could reach you if the occasion demanded.
We are sorry about the uncertainties in these
matters, but know that you appreciate the pleasure of the
court as well as the attorneys' concerned.
