Dear Mr. Lee:-
Herewith my firm's bill for ser-
vices rendered and disbursements made in the above matter
to date, which I trust you will find satisfactory.
The present status of this matter
is that we filed an answer last month after considerable
discussion as to the form of the bill of particulars to
which we were entitled from the plaintiff. In my letter
of August 28th I gave you a report as to what I had to
suggest by way of additional investigation and I under-
stand that at your convenience we shall have a conference
to work out the details.
