In response to your letter of September 20th,
addressed to our Mr. Barker on the above case, we take
pleasure in enclosing herewith check for $50.00 made to the
order of Ammett J. Victory, to cover rough transcript of
Dr. Schlundt's testimony.
This should be of considerable value in the
preparation of our defense.
