#1 Exchange Place,
Att: Mr. Markley.

Re: LaPorte V. U.S. Radium Corporation
My dear Mr. Markley:
I have yours of the 24th inst., enclosing
copy of letter of Mr. Emmerglick to you, dated September
21, 1934, copy of your answer to Mr. Emmerglick (addressed
to Mr. Unger of the same date), copy of your letter of the
same date to Mr. Lee, and also original and copy of further
interrogatories propounded by Mr. Emmerglick. I have
acknowledged and forwarded the original interrogatories to
Mr. Emmerglick.
I can see no objection to giving Mr.
Emmerglick the information called for in the following
interrogatories: 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 and 10. I do not think
that interrogatories 4, 5 and 6 can possibly have any bearing
on the case. However, we should get the information necessary
to answer them from Mr. Lee or Mr. Barker so that we may have
it, if necessary.
Very truly yours,
Edirin 7. fruith
EFS:JB.
